James Maransky, President of E-Built, is a real estate developer, construction manager, PA Licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Green Roof Professional (GRP). Jim received a Bachelor of Science degree from Albright College where he was a captain of the football team, named an NCAA All-American and set the all-time NCAA Division III record for receiving for Tight Ends. Jim went on to earn his MBA in finance and entrepreneurial science from Villanova University on full scholarship as a research assistant. Jim is a member of the Building Industry Association (BIA) board of directors, the chair of BIA’s Green Committee and was recently named President of the BIA for the 2018-2019 term.
Jeff Lappin Head of E-Built GRD
Jeff holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Design from Philadelphia University, is a LEED Green Associate, a certified Green Roof Professional and Head of the GRD at E-Built. Jeff has been involved in construction and woodworking for nearly as long as he can remember. Growing up he spent summers working construction and eventually went on to purchase and remodel a few houses on his own in Philadelphia. Jeff’s lifelong passion for the outdoors and the environment have led him to become a valuable part of the E-Built team.
