4213 Chester Ave. is located near the campus of University of the Sciences. This is an existing apartment building which opted to turn the rooftop space into a communal area for tenants. E-Built installed 450 SF or synthetic turf and 900 SF of decking. Porcelain pavers were also installed to provide a seating area. Nine large permanent planters were also installed.
